A state lawmaker wants to end the practice of forcing workers to sign arbitration agreements that prevent them from suing over sexual harassment, discrimination, and other workplace violations. Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher says her measure is needed in order to give victims access to justice and to hold violators accountable.
