Lawsuit Claims Police Misconduct in Custody Death

A lawsuit against the California State Highway Patrol claims officers used excessive force that led to the death of a man involved in a car accident in Sacramento. The lawsuit claims three CHP officers hog-tied, choked and tazed the accident victim, instead of offering medical assistance. Christopher Murray died in custody, in an incident that leaves his survivors with unanswered questions about what happened that night.
